Trenton Miller did not take the usual path into real estate. Fresh out of high school, he jumped into the industry without a college degree or a long list of connections. What he did have was a camera and a need to move fast. Today, he is known for his "speed tours" -- quick, energetic walkthroughs of homes that pack a lot of information into a short video. The approach turned him into a social media influencer almost overnight.
Miller says the key was matching his content to the way people actually scroll. Instead of long, polished presentations, he films himself racing through a house, pointing out key features in under a minute. The style feels raw and honest, which viewers seem to trust more than a rehearsed sales pitch. His videos rack up millions of views, and that attention translates directly into leads.
Starting so young had its challenges. Miller admits that many clients and other agents did not take him seriously at first. But the numbers were hard to ignore. As his following grew, so did his credibility. He now runs a full team and credits his early start for giving him the energy and hunger to keep pushing.
For Miller, the lesson is simple: speed does not mean sloppy. It means respecting the audience's time while still delivering value. In a market where everyone is fighting for attention, he found his edge by simply moving faster than everyone else.
