Real estate marketing platform Lofty has introduced a new integration with Canva, aiming to make listing design faster and more accessible for agents and brokers. The company announced that the Canva connection was one of the most requested features from its user base, citing nearly 250 support requests over the past year.
The integration allows users to pull property data, photos, and floor plans directly from Lofty into Canva's design environment. Once inside Canva, agents can create branded marketing materials such as flyers, social media posts, and property brochures without switching between platforms. After editing, the designs sync back to Lofty, keeping all listing assets in one place.
Lofty's move reflects a broader trend in real estate tech, where companies are prioritizing seamless workflows over standalone tools. By linking with Canva, which has millions of non-designer users, Lofty lowers the barrier for agents who lack graphic design skills but still need polished visuals to compete in a crowded market.
The feature is available now for all Lofty users with a Canva account. No additional setup or coding is required, and the company says it plans to expand the integration with more templates and automation options in future updates.
