Trebellar Raises $18 Million Series A To Bring AI To Corporate Real Estate Management

Trebellar has raised $18 million in Series A funding to grow its AI-native platform for corporate real estate management. Blossom Capital led the round, with participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish and Bynd.

The company builds software that helps organizations manage their office spaces and other physical assets using artificial intelligence. Its platform is designed to give facility teams and workplace leaders a clearer view of how buildings are used, where money is spent, and which spaces sit empty. Instead of relying on spreadsheets and manual audits, the system pulls data from sensors, booking tools and building systems into one place.

Trebellar says the new capital will go toward product development, hiring and expanding into new markets. The funding comes as many companies rethink their office footprints after years of remote and hybrid work. Real estate remains one of the largest costs for large employers, yet decisions about leases and layouts are often made with incomplete information.

Investors in the round point to a growing need for tools that turn raw building data into practical decisions. Trebellar plans to use the money to sharpen its AI models and add features that help clients cut waste, plan moves and respond faster to changing workplace habits.
