STEUBENVILLE - Tri-state area residents seeking design and remodeling assistance now have a fresh resource with the opening of the Steel Valley Showroom. Management and supporters of Steel Valley Contracting and Maintenance, along with the Cedar One Group, gathered Friday afternoon to cut the ribbon on the new facility at 2728 Sunset Boulevard.
The showroom offers an upgraded selection of materials and design options, giving homeowners and contractors a place to see products in person before making decisions. The space is meant to bridge the gap between simply buying a property and actually making it feel like home. While Cedar One Group has been known primarily for real estate transactions, this new venture adds a hands-on component to the company's local footprint.
Visitors can browse countertops, flooring, cabinetry, and other fixtures, with staff on hand to discuss both small updates and full renovations. The idea is to provide a one-stop shop for anyone thinking about a kitchen refresh, a bathroom overhaul, or even just picking out new finishes for a new build.
Local officials and business leaders at the ribbon cutting praised the investment, noting that it adds another layer of service to the community. For now, the showroom is open to the public during regular business hours, with plans to expand offerings based on customer demand.
