The following property transactions were recorded in Hopkinton over the past week, based on data from the state.
The highest sale was a property at 1 Honeysuckle Circle, which sold for $1,300,000 on June 3. The sellers were Deepak Mohan and Pavithra Ashok. The buyers were Mohana Mahalingam and Sivakumar Alagarsamy.
At 32 Waterville Lane, Unit 32 WAT, a sale closed on June 5 for $1,209,000. Trails LLC was the seller, and the buyers were Sandeep Nema and Valerie Yarashus.
A unit at 11 Cole Drive, Unit 20, changed hands on June 5 for $600,000. Ronald Raheb sold the property to Camilla King.
