Jim Curtis, the 50-year-old partner of actress Jennifer Aniston, has quietly sold his Manhattan condo for $1.5 million, just weeks after the couple celebrated their one-year anniversary. Curtis had owned the property since 2015, but listed it for sale in January of this year. The move fueled speculation that he was planning to relocate to Los Angeles to be closer to Aniston.
The sale was handled off-market, meaning the property never appeared on public real estate listings. Sources close to the couple say the decision to sell was practical, as Curtis has been spending more time on the West Coast. The two have been dating since 2021 and have kept their relationship largely private, though they have been spotted together at events and on casual outings in recent months.
Aniston, 55, has been based in Los Angeles for most of her career. Curtis, a music executive, had been splitting his time between New York and California. The sale of his New York home suggests he may be making a more permanent shift west. Neither Aniston nor Curtis has commented publicly on the sale or their living arrangements. The couple marked their one-year anniversary in a low-key manner earlier this year.
