Boomer Foster has officially opened the doors of Paul Wesley Real Estate, a new brokerage firm serving the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. markets. The company launched in April and has already made a significant impact, reporting nearly $250 million in total production from a team of about 30 agents.
Foster, a well-known figure in the regional real estate scene, structured the firm to focus on high-level service and agent autonomy. The brokerage aims to carve out a strong presence in the competitive Mid-Atlantic corridor by combining local market expertise with a streamlined operational model. With the initial production numbers already in the nine-figure range, the firm is positioned as a serious player from the start.
The name "Paul Wesley" does not appear to be tied to a celebrity or public figure, but rather represents a fresh brand identity for the brokerage. Foster and his team are now focused on expanding their footprint and attracting additional top talent across the three jurisdictions. The launch comes at a time when the housing market in the region remains active, with shifting interest rates and inventory levels creating both challenges and opportunities for new firms.
