Atlantic Group Real Estate, Inc. has completed its move to a new office in the center of Historic Cocoa Village on Florida Avenue. The brokerage, which previously operated from a different location in the area, now sits directly on the village's main commercial corridor.
The relocation places the firm closer to local shops, restaurants, and foot traffic that define the Cocoa Village district. Company leadership said the move allows agents to better serve clients looking to buy or sell property in the historic neighborhood and surrounding Brevard County communities.
"We wanted to be where the action is," said a representative for the brokerage. "Cocoa Village has a unique character, and being on Florida Avenue puts us right in the middle of it."
The new office features updated meeting spaces and a more accessible layout for walk-in clients. Atlantic Group Real Estate handles residential sales, commercial properties, and waterfront listings along the Indian River Lagoon.
Cocoa Village has seen steady interest from homebuyers and investors in recent years, drawn by its historic architecture, local events, and proximity to the Space Coast. The brokerage's move signals confidence in the area's continued growth.
